Cody's Broccoli Cornbread

Broccoli Cornbread
makes a 9x13 pan or you can 1/2 and put into a 8x8 pan

4 cups of chopped broccoli Florette's (cut them into finer pieces)
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 sticks melted margarine
2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix
1 large onion chopped finely
8 eggs

Beat eggs. Melt butter. Mix together. Add cheese, broccoli, onion, and jiffy mix. Bake at 350* for 45 min. to 1 hour or until done and is light brown on top.
