Preparing Pomegranates pt II

Here's another option for prepating pomegranates. Remember that the ruby seeds can strain, so work carefully as you open the fruit.
1. Use a sharp knife to cut through the stem end of the promegranate; discard the stub.
2. Starting at the exposed stem end, cut through the thin skin (but not the flesh), separating the pomegranate into quarters.
3. Use your hands to break apart the scored fruit into quarters.
4. Turn the quarters inside out and shake the seeds into a bowl. Use your fingers to loosen the remaining seeds.
