Chinese Salad
makes a huge Salad bowl full
2 heads of lettuce (any kind, I mostly use romaine)
3 chicken breasts cooked and cubed ( I usually marinade and BBQ my chicken!)
5 green onions diced
2 cups cooked peas
chow mein noodles on the side
Wash and break up lettuce. Add all but chow mein noodles. Add dressing (in small amounts and test taste until you like it!) and chow mein noodles right before serving.
Dressing
4 TBSP sugar
5 TBSP red wine vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
