Vidalia Onions

Vidalia onions are a variety of onion famous for its sweet flavor. Georgia's official state vegetable, Vidalia's can only be grown in certain "approved" counties in the south. Vidalias are a white onion and need to be kept cool and dry. If you are storing them for a longer period of time, wrap them individually in paper towels and store in the fridge.
