Cynthia Winward's Impromptu Stir-Fry

For those wanting a fast and satisfying dinner...

"I made a veggie stir fry of my asparagus bunch and the bok choy. I stir fried them in 1 T. canola oil then I added I cloves minced garlic, then a few squirts of hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce. It was SOOOOO good... I ate almost the whole pan."
